Children below the specified age, even if they have a ticket or are accompanied by a guardian, will not be permitted to enter the seating area.3. Ticket collection and on-site purchases are available starting one hour before the performance. Please be sure to bring either your reservation details (reservation number) or a valid ID card for ticket collection.4. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe at all times.5. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.6. This performance does not include an intermission. After the performance begins, entry will only be allowed during the designated times in accordance with the flow of the performance. Latecomers will be guided to the delayed seating area. The National Jeongdong Theater features a seating design with greater elevation between the rows than the most theaters, providing improved visibility. However, seats sections A 1-7, B 1-8, C 1-7 are lower than the stage and have no height difference between the rows.13. The theater has two wheelchair-accessible seats. If you require a wheelchair space or have mobility issues, please make a reservation through ClipService(1577-3363).14. The outdoor wheelchair lift may be affected by external factors such as weather or impact. Please confirm the weight limit in advance for electric wheelchairs.* The lift support up to 300kg. However, due to wear and tear, electric wheelchairs weighing over 150kg may need to be transferred to a manual wheelchair. Two manual wheelchairs are available on-site.15. The National Jeongdong Theater has very limited parking space. We strongly recommend using public transportation. Please note that ticket cancellations, refunds, or changes will not be possible due to parking or traffic issues.16. The area around City Hall-Gwanghwamun, where the National Jeongdong Theater is located, frequently experiences heavy traffic congestion and demonstrations.
