Each ticket is for one person's entry only; tickets are non-transferable and non-resaleable. • Gang members and related individuals, as well as those who have consumed excessive alcohol, will not be permitted entry. • Pets are not allowed in the facility (except guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs). - Visitor Notice -• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility (except for allergy-prone meals/baby food).• Photography is allowed inside the museum, but please do not use flash. Also, please refrain from running or making loud noises.• Please do not put your hands into the tank, and please do not touch any living creatures, exhibits, or artwork (except in the interactive area).• The park does not offer luggage storage services.
