If you're interested in what the world might look like in half a century, the Museum of the Future is an excellent place to visit. This seven-floor attraction features five levels filled with interactive displays that help visitors imagine life in the year 2071. Designed by top creators around the globe, each exhibit engages all your senses — sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste — offering a one-of-a-kind experience. The museum brings together science, technology, and philosophy to create something truly unique.

Highlights inside

To get the most out of your visit, begin at the top with OSS Hope on the fifth floor. A short film introduces you to the station’s background and some of its groundbreaking ideas. Nearby is the command center, which includes interactive 3D walls made from recycled materials — feel free to explore everything here.

Move down to the fourth floor where the Heal Institute awaits. This section focuses on climate change and features the "Vault of Life," a massive collection containing DNA samples from more than 2,000 species aimed at helping restore ecosystems around the world.

The third floor is called "The Oasis" — it's designed to be a relaxing area where you can take a break from your devices. This space encourages reflection on how technology and daily life intersect. On the second floor, "Tomorrow Today," discover how current innovations are shaping tomorrow’s world in positive ways.

The first floor is dedicated to young visitors with "Future Heroes." It's an engaging environment for children under 10 years old that combines play with learning about building a better future together.

Dressing Appropriately

You should dress in a way that shows respect for local traditions and is suitable for public spaces across the United Arab Emirates. This helps ensure you feel comfortable while enjoying your visit.

Policies on Food and Drinks

Outside food and drinks are permitted only within the lobby and garden areas of the venue. Caregivers looking after children at the Future Heroes section on Level 1 can also bring snacks for them there. However, no food or beverages are allowed past the entry point or inside exhibition spaces.

Photography Rules

If you're planning to take photos, be aware that flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks aren't permitted within the venue. This helps preserve the experience for everyone else visiting.

Accessibility Features

The Museum of the Future is accessible by wheelchair and pram or stroller. All restrooms are also designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. Wheelchair docks can be found in the lobby, and if you need a wheelchair on exhibition floors, staff will gladly assist you.

Using Your Retail Credit

Your AED50 retail credit is valid only for purchases at the lobby shop on the day of your ticket. It cannot be exchanged for cash but can be used across multiple transactions. To use it, simply show your wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket to staff at the retail area during operating hours.
