This attraction spans seven floors, though only five are open to visitors. Each level is designed around a unique theme that covers topics like climate change, health, space travel, and the future of living. Calligraphy panels line the walls, creating a sense of connection to something greater than yourself. As you put on your wristband and take an elevator, be sure to watch for the bubble elevators moving around you—this is just the beginning.

Start Your Adventure at the Orbital Space Station

Your journey begins on the 5th floor with a simulated trip to the Orbital Space Station Hope. You’ll receive an introduction via video before stepping into its command center. The models and walls here are crafted from recycled materials, making it both educational and interactive.

Chapter 1: OSS Hope (Floor 5)

This section gives you a detailed look at the work being done by the Orbital Space Station. You’ll hear about its missions through an informative video before exploring this futuristic setting up close.

Chapter 2: Heal Institute (Floor 4)

You'll travel down to Floor 4, where the focus shifts to climate change and environmental restoration. The "Vault of Life" showcases a DNA library with over 2000 species, highlighting the importance of preserving biodiversity.

Chapter 3: Al Waha (Floor 3)

This chapter translates to “The Oasis,” an area that encourages you to disconnect from technology and reconnect with your senses. It reminds visitors how crucial imagination is in a world driven by digital innovation.

Chapter 4: Tomorrow Today (Floor 2)

The theme here continues the discussion around progress since 2022, focusing on environmental, cultural, social, and political advancements shaping our future. It’s all about how today's choices lead to a better tomorrow for everyone.

Chapter 5: Future Heroes (Floor 1)

If you're visiting with kids under the age of ten, this is their favorite part. The "Future Heroes" area allows children to explore and play while learning about building a sustainable future in a fun and engaging way.

Before leaving, take some time at the museum café located in the lobby. Here, you can grab a coffee made by a robot barista—an unusual but fascinating addition to your visit.

Items you can't bring inside

Outside food and drinks are permitted only in the lobby and garden areas, while caregivers may provide snacks on the Future Heroes children's floor (Level 1). However, these items cannot be taken beyond the entry point. No food or beverages are allowed within any exhibitions. Additionally, flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks aren't permitted inside the venue.

Access for all visitors

The Museum of The Future Dubai Tickets experience is accessible to wheelchair users and those with prams or strollers. All restrooms are designed to be usable by people with disabilities. Wheelchair docking stations can be found in the Lobby, and assistance from staff is available if you need a wheelchair on exhibition floors.

If you have a Pioneer Pass, you’ll receive AED50 retail credit at the lobby shop, which must be used on the same day as your pass. This amount cannot be converted to cash and can be spent across multiple purchases.
