• Is there a difference between Night at the Museum and the Daytime Experience? Yes. Night at the Museum is for adults and includes a welcome drink and a chance to compete for prizes. Night at the Museum is perfect for dates, friends, and celebrations like birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties!• Is the tour self-guided? No, TeamMOIC performers will guide guests during the experience.• When do I need to arrive? Please arrive on time to allow for safe distancing measures. You and your group must all be present to enter. Note that your ticket is only valid for the date and time slot purchased. If you miss your time slot, we reserve the right to deny entry and you will not be eligible for a refund. • How long is the Museum of Ice Cream experience? Around 60 to 90 minutes. Afterwards, feel free to hang out at our cafe or bar.• Is there a minimum age for children to enter on their own? Children under 12 need an accompanying adult.• Are strollers allowed inside? Yes, but storage for strollers is unavailable.• Are there vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, or kosher options? We do serve vegan and egg-free alternatives at each treat station. However, we currently don’t offer certified gluten-free or Halal-certified ice cream. Most treats contain gluten or dairy, but we may provide a few non-dairy and non-gluten options inside. Although nuts are labelled, we don't guarantee a nut-free preparation and products may contain traces of nuts. • What should I wear to the museum? Dress comfortably. The museum is fully AC-ed with an open-air cafe and bar. You may wear pink or light-coloured clothes for the pink-themed museum.• Is the Museum of Ice Cream wheelchair accessible? Yes.• Is there parking? There are an extremely limited number of parking lots next to our Alfresco Bar & Cafe. However, there are plenty of parking spots around Dempsey! Please do not park on our neighbours' premises.• Are pets allowed in the museum?
