Prado Museum
No food or drinks are permitted inside the museum, but there are several dining options available on-site. Photography and videography are also strictly prohibited within its premises. Pets aren't welcome at this venue either.
Reina Sofia Museum
The use of flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks is banned in the Reina Sofia Museum; additionally, photography isn’t allowed in area 206 (Guernica). Food and drinks are not permitted here as well, with various dining options available at the venue.

Prado Museum
The Prado Museum is accessible for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. It offers accessible restrooms, elevators, ramps, and platforms. The auditorium and counters are equipped with hearing loops. Guide dogs can enter provided all relevant documentation is presented. There are municipal parking spaces available on Ruiz de Alarcón and Moreto streets for people with disabilities. Wheelchairs and baby seats are also available free of charge.
Reina Sofia Museum
This museum provides special hearing loops for those who need them, ensuring it is accessible to wheelchair or pram users as well.

Prado Museum
- The Prado offers free admission from Monday to Saturday between 6pm and 8pm, and on Sundays and holidays from 5pm to 7pm. All entrances have a service for depositing outerwear and personal items you can’t carry into the museum; however, this has limited capacity—plan accordingly.
- Information points are available at all museum entrances.
- Foods and drinks aren't allowed inside, but Cafe Prado or the Ionic Gallery Tea Room offer dining options. Note that some sections may close based on authorities’ discretion.
Reina Sofia Museum
- The Reina Sofia provides free admission from Monday to Saturday between 7pm and 9pm, and from 12:30pm to 2:15pm on Sundays. The museum is closed every Tuesday.
- Visitors with small backpacks should wear them in front to prevent disturbing others or the artworks.
