Getting started

Enter through the main gate of any included park, where your pass will be validated. Follow signs for security checks and head straight to the parks, there's no need to purchase separate tickets at each park.

• Bring swimwear, towels, and sunscreen for water park visits.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the parks.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on park premises.

• Special-event tickets, animal experiences, and animal encounters are not included and cannot be accessed with this pass.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the parks.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Accessibility

• Not all attractions and areas within the parks are wheelchair accessible; accessibility varies by park and ride.

• Accessible restrooms are available at each park.

• Height and safety restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions.

Additional information

• Your pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and activates on first use.

• The pass must be used on consecutive days once activated (5, 7, or 14 days, depending on your ticket).

• Children under 3 years enter free but must be accompanied by an adult; height restrictions apply for rides.

• The pass is non-transferable and non-refundable; no cancellations or changes are allowed.

• Parking is included at all parks; hotel transfers are not included.

• Check park maintenance schedules and opening hours before your visit, as some attractions may be closed for maintenance.

• Special events and experiences outside regular park hours require separate tickets and are not included with this pass.
