What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing and shoes are essential for this adventure. Don't forget bottled water, insect repellent, and sunscreen as well.
If you're on the Mount Kinabalu + Hot Spring + Desa Cow Farm tour or just Mount Kinabalu + Hot Spring, be aware of drop-off charges: Tuaran district costs are 15MYR per person for groups of 1-3 people and 10MYR per person for groups of four or more. In Kinarat district, it's a flat rate of 30MYR per person.
What’s Not Allowed
- The paragliding experience is not available to guests under the age of 13 due to safety concerns.
- Pregnant women and those with anemia, diabetes, chronic lung disease, severe cardiovascular issues, or asthma should carefully consider their health status before booking this tour.
Paragliding is also restricted for individuals weighing less than 30kg or more than 90kg to ensure safety during the experience.

- Weather conditions, such as insufficient wind, may cause temporary delays in activities. Participants will need patience until favorable winds return.
- To capture your paragliding adventure with a GoPro, bring along a personal 32GB SD card for video storage.
