In these instances, the tour might redirect guests to an alternative location, provide compensatory gifts based on circumstances, but will not offer refunds for disruptions beyond control.

Please note that halal, vegan, and allergy-friendly meal options are unavailable during this tour; hence it's recommended to book without lunch or bring your own food. As the seasons change from late April through November, guests can expect a visit to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, while between November and late April, alternative sites such as Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, or Oshino Hakkai may be included in the itinerary.

Should you miss your bullet train after departing from Odawara Station, please note that refunds are not available. We advise guests to board the next accessible non-reserved compartment on a subsequent train.
