- The historic structure of the building means it is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers due to stairs and absence of elevators. Only registered service dogs are allowed entry.

- In July and August: Open Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 9pm
- The rest of the year: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday to Sunday from 9am to 8pm
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
