Cancellation and refunds• Due to the nature of the fireworks display, decisions are made from morning until the last minute, even in the case of rain. • Even if the weather is fine, the fireworks display may be canceled due to wind. (The display is dependent on the wind.) • Since the launch site is close to the lake shore, there is a possibility that the police may issue an evacuation order on the day due to weather conditions such as strong winds. • If the launch is cancelled, we will refund the full amount of the paid seating fee. If the launch is cancelled midway, there will be no refund. • If the event is cancelled, it will not be postponed. Please check the official website for the latest information on whether the event will be held on the day. 2. Paid seating• Children of elementary school age and above will need a paid seating ticket. Preschool children can sit on your lap for free. However, if you want to reserve a seat for your child in the paid seating area, a ticket will be required even for preschool children. • You may bring in items that can be managed within the designated space, but tents, chairs, parasols, tables, and open flames are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. • Please keep your strollers within the designated area or store them in designated areas so as not to disturb other visitors. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged strollers. • Umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue. Please bring a raincoat or similar. • The maximum height for using a tripod other than the camera seat is the seated height. Also, taking pictures while standing or taking pictures in the aisles or other places other than your own seat is prohibited. 3. Other• It will be very busy on the day, so please be seated by 7pm.
