Additional Information

• Guests are required to exchange their staybook voucher for tickets at a designated point before boarding.

• Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

• In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

• Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

• After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
