Getting started

Arrive at Mandai Wildlife Reserve and head to the entrance where you can validate your ticket for a seamless experience. Make sure to have your ID and ticket ready for security checks.

River Wonders

Asia’s first river-themed wildlife park, home to over 11,000 animals across 260 species.

• Explore freshwater habitats inspired by the Amazon, Nile, Ganges, Mekong, and Yangtze rivers. Highlights include the Amazon Flooded Forest with manatees and arapaima, the Giant Panda Forest with Kai Kai, Jia Jia, and red pandas, plus rare freshwater giants like otters, stingrays, and Mekong catfish.

• Opt for the Amazon River Quest boat ride (extra ticket) to spot jaguars, capybaras, and tapirs.

Know before you go

What to bring

• Bring your e-ticket confirmation (printed or digital) for entry; concession tickets require a valid student or senior ID.

• Wear light clothing, comfortable shoes, and pack sunscreen, a cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella for rain.

• Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available across all parks.

• Download the Mandai app for live updates on showtimes, presentations, and feeding sessions.

What's not allowed

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside park entrances.

• Outside food and drinks (besides small snacks), pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not allowed.

• Do not feed, touch, or tease the animals; stick to marked paths as some wildlife roam freely via open exhibits.

• Flash photography is not allowed inside wildlife zones; please be mindful of animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

• All five parks are stroller and wheelchair accessible, with rentals available at the entrance.

• Step-free paths and aviary access are provided; accessible restrooms and nursing rooms are located across the venues.

• First-aid stations, free WiFi, luggage storage, and prayer rooms are also available.

Additional information

• Last admission is 1 hour before closing time for all parks; re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband or ticket.

• Rainforest Wild ASIA and Night Safari require advance time slot bookings. Presentation seats for River Wonders and Night Safari must be reserved online – the portal opens 2 hours before showtime.

• Animal presentations and feeding sessions have limited seating—arrive 10–15 mins early, especially for popular shows like Splash Safari.

• Complimentary shuttle buses run between all 5 parks within Mandai Wildlife Reserve; transfers to/from Khatib MRT incur an additional fee.

• Guests holding any Mandai Destination Pass (2/3/4/5 Parks or 5 Parks in 1 Day) may proceed directly to the dedicated Mandai Destination Pass lane at the entrance of all participating parks.

• Outdoor shows and interaction zones may close during bad weather—check the app or signage for updates.
