• Please carry your e-ticket confirmation, either printed or digital. For concessions, show a valid student or senior ID.
• Dress in light clothing and comfortable footwear; don't forget sunscreen, a hat, mosquito repellent, and rain gear like an umbrella or poncho.
• Consider bringing a refillable water bottle—there are stations throughout the parks for convenience.

Prohibited Items & Actions

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside park entrances.
• Foods other than small snacks, pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not permitted inside the parks.
• Avoid feeding or disturbing animals; stay on marked paths as some wildlife may roam freely in open exhibits.

Flash photography is prohibited within animal zones to ensure their comfort.

Park Accessibility Features

• All five parks are accessible for strollers and wheelchairs, with rentals available at the entrance.

The venues offer step-free paths, aviary access, accessible restrooms, nursing rooms, first-aid stations, free WiFi, luggage storage, and prayer rooms.

Additional Details to Consider

• Last entry is 1 hour before park closing; re-entry requires a valid wristband or ticket.
• Rainforest Wild ASIA and Night Safari necessitate advance booking of time slots. Seats for River Wonders and Night Safari shows must be reserved online, with the portal opening 2 hours prior to showtime.
• For popular presentations like Splash Safari, arrive 10–15 minutes early due to limited seating at animal shows and feeding sessions.

• Complimentary shuttle buses connect all 5 parks in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve; however, transfers to/from Khatib MRT incur an additional fee.
• Holders of any Mandai Destination Pass (2/3/4/5 Parks or 5-Park-in-1-Day) can use a dedicated lane for entry at all participating parks.
• Outdoor shows and interaction zones may close during adverse weather—check the app or on-site signage for updates.
• Effective from 1 April, River Wonders operates from 9am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm).
• Giant Panda Exhibit: Open daily from 9:30am – 6pm.
• Amazonia Encounters: Available from 9:30am – 6pm.

Amazon River Quest runs from 10am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm).

Terms & Conditions

• Tickets for Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, Rainforest Wild ASIA, and River Wonders are valid for 5 days post-issuance.
• Night Safari tickets are only valid on the selected date and timeslot.
• All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used by the ticket holder only.
• Admission is at your own risk. SZG, MPD, or affiliates will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or injury; assistance does not imply responsibility.
• Park photos or recordings are prohibited from commercial use.
• Duplicating or reselling tickets without authorization is forbidden.
• In case of disputes, SZG and MPD electronic records take precedence.

Tickets cannot be converted into a Mandai Wildlife Reserve membership.
