    • Bicycles, scooters, tricycles, skateboards, parashots, roller/in-line skates, or shoes with wheels are not allowed on the premises.

    Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, lights, and similar gear require prior approval from Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok management for use.

    Accessibility

      The venue is wheelchair accessible with assistance dogs allowed. Accessible toilets are available; please inform the management if your service dog will accompany you.

      • Your meal coupon can only be used at Thai Taste Hub Mahanakhon or Mahanakhon Eatery.
      • The SkyWalk features high-speed elevator rides and observatory & rooftop views above 300 meters. Guests with claustrophobia/acrophobia should consult a team member before visiting.
      • Security screening, including x-ray examinations and bag inspections, is required for all guests.
      • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 20 years old.
      • The operation of the Glass Tray and Peak may change due to weather conditions.
      • If access to the rooftop on the 78th floor is impeded by rain after visiting the indoor observatory on the 74th floor, guests can request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby). Refunds are not available for this service.
