What to bring

Covered shoes are required throughout your visit.

Prohibited items

• Luggage with wheels, including bags and backpacks; drones; alcohol; food and beverages; any camera tripod (regardless of kind or size); parachutes; balloons; flowers or bouquets; pets; weapons are not allowed.
• Items like bicycles, scooters, tricycles, skateboards, parashot, roller/in-line skates, or shoes with wheels must be left behind.

Without prior approval from Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok management, professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, selfie sticks, lights, and similar gear are prohibited.

Accessibility details

• The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and supports assistance dogs. Accessible toilets are available too; please notify the management in advance if you have a service dog.

Mahanakhon offers high-speed elevator rides with views from 300m up, which might not be suitable for those experiencing claustrophobia or acrophobia.

Additional information

• Kids under the age of 12 must have an adult companion who is at least 20 years old with them.
• The operation of both Glass Tray and Peak can be affected by weather conditions.
• If rain prevents access to the rooftop on the 78th floor after visiting the indoor observatory on the 74th, guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby). No refunds will be issued in this case.

For daytime and sunset tickets, visits must conclude before 3pm local time to qualify for same-day entry.
