What to bring

Ensure you have a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking, as it may be required at entry. Club members should carry their membership card or family book for minors to avail member discounts. Non-members need proof of children’s age (like an ID or family book) to benefit from any applicable reductions.

What’s not allowed

Engaging with players by calling out, asking for photos, or seeking autographs is strictly forbidden; non-compliance may lead to exclusion without compensation. Adhere to stadium security protocols as late arrivals could be denied entry and no refunds will be issued. Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are prohibited inside the stadium due to safety concerns, although lockers in the museum can store such items or baby strollers. The premises strictly prohibit alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication. Pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals.

Accessibility

If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to organize your visit. Baby strollers can be taken into the stadium; however, note that some areas may require navigating stairs.

Additional information

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The experience might be suspended or altered without prior notice due to sporting or organizational reasons, offering a ticket exchange for another day if necessary. Access to certain parts of the stadium will be restricted during June and July because of events, but museum access remains available. A bilingual audio guide is purchasable at the venue for detailed commentary on the stadium, museum, and club history. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Club member discounts cannot be transferred. The tours for both the stadium and museum each last one hour.
