• The attraction is wheelchair-accessible with staff assistance using a dedicated elevator; however, only two wheelchairs can enter simultaneously.
• There are no on-site wheelchair rental facilities available.
• All wax figures are conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access.

Miscellaneous Information

• The Marvel 4D Cinema features strobes and sudden movements, making it unsuitable for expectant mothers or individuals with heart, back, neck conditions, or sensitivity to strobe effects.
• For the VR Racing Experience:
• Riders must be at least 1.4m tall and weigh no more than 120kg.
• This experience is not recommended for wheelchair users or guests with heart/back issues, epilepsy, schizophrenia, broken limbs, or mobility limitations.
• Children under 12 years old or those shorter than 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult; babies-in-arms are also prohibited during this activity.
