• Timed-entry tickets skip the ticket counter; mandatory security checks may take 15–30 minutes or longer.

• During peak season, boarding for the cruise may involve some waiting time.

• River cruise tickets are valid for use anytime on the selected date and may remain valid for up to 6 months as shown on the final ticket.

• Cruises depart every 30 minutes or hourly; check the linked schedule for timings.

• If your ticket includes an audio guide, download and activate it in advance; the last rental is at 4pm.

• From Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.

• Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25; free tickets must still be collected on-site or via the official website.
