  • No glassware, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, skates or motorised vehicles are permitted on this experience. Noise amplifiers like speakers and megaphones, musical instruments, and alcohol are also prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the sanctuary; however, there's a designated smoking area outside where guests can receive a re-entry stamp to visit without an additional fee.

Pets cannot be brought in due to venue restrictions.

Accessibility

  • The majority of the sanctuary is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers, with alternative routes provided for those with limited mobility. Note that kangaroo reserves and unpaved paths might not accommodate wheelchairs.
  • You can hire both wheelchairs and strollers at $6 each; please contact the venue ahead of time to reserve one if needed.

Guide dogs with valid ID are welcome in public areas, including the Riverside Café. Accessing the paid sanctuary requires prior booking for a guided tour by a Lone Pine member, limited to two hours.

  • The facility offers parents’ rooms, first-aid services, Wi-Fi, and parking options.
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older at all times.

Koala holding experiences are no longer available as of 2024. Instead, you can book a koala encounter to gently pet a koala and learn about them from knowledgeable keepers.
