Nestled within two levels, The Livorno Aquarium showcases a diverse range of marine creatures along with reptiles, amphibians, and insects. On the ground floor, you'll encounter various sea life including Ari and Cuba, two green tortoises that glide through the Indo Pacific tank alongside back tip sharks, zebra sharks, and Napoleon fish.
A mesmerizing display tank houses jellyfish, creating a fascinating sight as they move in unison. The aquarium also features tanks representing both Mediterranean Sea environments and tropical seas, offering glimpses into marine life from around the globe. Additionally, visitors can journey back to ancient Rome and Greece through stunning technicolor recreations of coral reefs.
Transitioning to the first floor, you’ll leave sea creatures behind in favor of amphibians, reptiles, and insects such as stick insects, iguanas, poisonous arrow frogs, chameleons, among others.

Perched above the first floor is the Panoramic Terrace. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of both the Livorno coast and the Tuscan Archipelago islands.

Discounted Tickets
Children aged between 4 and 10 years old, as well as seniors over the age of 65, can purchase tickets at a reduced rate with valid photo ID.
