• Please avoid bringing alcohol, large bags, or bulky luggage.

• Pets are not permitted on the airboat for safety reasons.

• Outside food or drinks are not allowed on-site.

• Glass containers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Accessibility

• The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Not suitable for guests with neck, back, or heart problems, or other serious medical conditions.

• Pregnant travelers should refrain from participating.

• Passengers must be able to board and exit the airboat on their own.

Additional Information

• Children under the age of 5 must be supervised by an adult and cannot ride independently.

• Pickup services start about 75 minutes prior to tour time; missed pickups will not be rescheduled.

• Hotel transfers are limited to select Downtown and French Quarter locations.
