Located 12 km from Da Lat city, LANGBIANG Mountain is considered a symbol of Da Lat, alongside the poetic Xuan Huong Lake. The name LANGBIANG carries the legend of an eternal love between K’Lang and H’Biang. Their love story is immortalized on a stone tablet at the summit of Radar Hill, accompanied by statues of K’Lang and H’Biang that deeply touch the hearts of visitors. Upon arriving at LANGBIANG, the large letters spelling "LANGBIANG" atop a small hill immediately catch the eye. Here, visitors can take memorable photos and enjoy horseback riding on the grassy hills—an experience unlike any other.Due to its elevation, one of the highest peaks in Lac Duong, LANGBIANG is a unique tourist destination known for outdoor activities, nature exploration, and cultural immersion. It also attracts adventure enthusiasts with trekking programs to conquer its peaks. At the foot of the mountain, LANGBIANG offers a range of tourism services, including restaurants, eateries, and souvenir shops. Additionally, a large valley near the base successfully hosted the centennial celebration of Da Lat's formation and development, earning it the name "CENTURY VALLEY." This area is designed as an eco-tourism and recreational site.Visitors can enjoy cultural exchange programs, campfire gatherings, sipping traditional rice wine, and listening to local ethnic groups share their stories and culture. For adventure seekers, LANGBIANG offers mountain climbing and peak-conquering programs. At the summit of Radar Hill, various services are available, such as restaurants, coffee shops, and other attractions, including telescopes for panoramic views of Da Lat, horseback riding, and photography. Notably, the summit features a flower garden, statues of K’Lang and H’Biang, and souvenir stalls. From Radar Hill, visitors can view the Golden Stream, Silver Stream, and a panoramic scene of Da Lat, often veiled in mist, giving the illusion of standing amidst the clouds. To conquer the peaks of LANGBIANG, there are at least three main routes:• By car: The rugged terrain leading to the summit restricts most vehicles, but the area provides specially equipped SUVs to transport visitors safely and comfortably to Radar Hill.• Walking along the paved road: Follow a 6 km paved path where Jeeps occasionally pass by to reach Radar Hill.• Trekking: This involves hiking along forest trails rather than the paved road. Along the way, you'll traverse dense forests with ancient trees, babbling streams, and vibrant wildflowers. The trek offers an adventurous path to either Mount Ba—“the left rooftop” at 2,167 meters—or Mount Ong—“the right rooftop” at 2,124 meters. Camping is also an option, allowing you to immerse yourself in the pristine nature of the Central Highlands on the highest peak of LANGBIANG in Da Lat.
