- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes at your designated location for free. If the time exceeds the limit, an overtime service fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply, which needs to be paid to the driver on site.
- The standard luggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm, and large luggage is counted as 2 pieces. The number of luggage pieces permissible on each vehicle varies
- If the service time exceeds 10 hours or the service is provided between 8pm and 10pm, an additional fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (less than 1 hour will be considered as 1 hour). The additional fee can be paid directly to the driver in cash.
