What to bring

• Please bring your booking voucher and exchange it for a physical boarding ticket at the meeting point before departure.

• It is recommended to carry a raincoat, as the river boat ride operates outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions.

• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking during your free time in Arashiyama.

Accessibility

• Passengers with disabilities must be accompanied by an eligible guardian or companion.

• Guide dogs are allowed on this tour.

• This experience may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, as it includes boarding a train and a traditional riverboat and walking independently in Arashiyama.

Additional information

• Please arrive at the JR Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit OKOSHI Bus platform at least 20 minutes before departure to exchange your voucher for a boarding ticket.

• The total duration of the tour is approximately 7 hours, including transportation, train ride, river boat ride, and free time.

• This tour includes transportation by sightseeing bus, but there is no live tour guide. Multilingual audio guide support is available on the bus.

• Lunch is not included, and you can purchase meals during your free time in Arashiyama.

• The Hozugawa River boat ride may be suspended due to weather or river conditions. If this happens, the boat ride will be replaced with additional free time in Arashiyama.

• If the Sagano Romantic Train is suspended, the tour will also be cancelled.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff during the train and boat ride.

• You will return to JR Kyoto Station at the end of the tour.

• The tour is operated by Keihan Bus Co., Ltd. using the Kyoto OKOSHI sightseeing bus.
