While exploring the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is situated 135 meters below ground with temperatures ranging from 14 to 16 degrees Celsius, appropriate clothing is recommended for a pleasant experience.Please be aware that toilets near the museum require payment. Additionally, bag dimensions are restricted: Auschwitz-Birkenau allows bags up to 30 x 20 x 10 cm and Wieliczka Salt Mine permits those measuring no more than 35 x 20 x 20 cm.For safety reasons, a personal and baggage security check is mandatory for visitors at both the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau.
