The KORAIL Pass, also known as the KTX Pass, allows unlimited travel on KORAIL-managed trains, including Korea's high-speed KTX and regular tourist trains. Exclusively offered to foreign travelers, it provides hassle-free and convenient travel, reducing the travel time between Busan and Seoul to just 2.5 hours!
Flexible options for your convenience
Choose from a variety of KORAIL passes to suit your needs. The 3 or 5-day consecutive pass can be used for 3 or 5 consecutive days and is applicable for groups of 2 to 5 adults. Alternatively, opt for the 2 or 4-day flexible pass, which has a designated validity of 10 days. The pass includes access to high-speed trains, conventional trains, and scenic trains.

What to bring
- Bring along a valid Korail Pass (printed or mobile screen), Passport, and Printed seat ticket (If you reserve the seat).
Additional information
- This pass is not valid for Korean citizens.
- The Select Pass allows you to choose 2 or 4 days from the first date of commencement and ride KTX within 10 days.
- The Consecutive Pass allows you to unlimitedly board on the KTX for either 3 or 5 days from the date of commencement.

- Seat reservations will be available 30 days before the desired date.
- Reservations are not available during the public holiday and summer peak season. If you cannot reserve a seat, you are allowed to use KORAIL PASS as a standing or free seat.
- Pre-seat reservations can be made up to 2 times a day for 1 person.
- The seat reservation release date for KTX and regular trains has been changed as follows, starting from Jan 1, 2025.
- Target trains: KTX and regular trains operating from Jan 1, 2025 (Wed) to Jan 5, 2025 (Sun). Seat reservation released dates: Dec 23, 2024 (Tue).
- Target trains: KTX and regular trains operating from Jan 6, 2025 (Mon). Seat reservation released dates: Dec 26, 2024 (Thu).
