To check in, guests must use the MySejahtera app. Due to a strict maximum capacity limit at KL Tower, all visitors are required to join a mandatory queue for booking their time slots. If tickets remain unscanned because of weather conditions, they can be used on another day.
- If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, guests should coordinate directly with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form.
- The Sky Terrace will not open if there are inclement weather conditions.
- After scanning their ticket, visitors must go to the KL Tower ticket counter for a reschedule slip.
- Tickets can be rescheduled within 7 days from the original visit date.
No cash refunds will be issued in case of rain.
Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower operates from 9am to 7pm with last admission at 6pm. Entry is not allowed after 6pm and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
