    • If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, guests should coordinate directly with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form.
    • The Sky Terrace will not open if there are inclement weather conditions.
    • After scanning their ticket, visitors must go to the KL Tower ticket counter for a reschedule slip.
    • Tickets can be rescheduled within 7 days from the original visit date.
