Permanent Exhibition• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to enter the exhibition.• Please do not bring animals or plants into the museum, except for guide dogs.• Please set your phone to vibrate or silent mode during the visit; if you need to answer a call or listen to the online tour, please lower the volume or use headphones.• Please do not bring dangerous items, sharp instruments, food, drinks, balloons, helmets, selfie sticks, tripods, etc. into the venue. Please put water bottles, short umbrellas, and small toys in your carry-on bag before entering (if your carry-on bag cannot be stored, you should check them in). Please place long umbrellas (except for auxiliary umbrellas) on the umbrella stand.• To ensure the safety of exhibits, please do not wear roller skates or use skateboards, bicycles, or push-type tricycles in the museum.• Please maintain a safe distance from the works when visiting; if using a wheelchair, please pay attention to the distance between the vehicle body and the exhibits.• To avoid irreversible damage to the works, only pencil is allowed for note-taking in the exhibition hall.• All exhibits in the museum are prohibited from being touched, except those specially marked as designed for "interactive" purposes.• Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum. Food and drink, including chewing gum, betel nut, and drinking water, are also prohibited in the exhibition area. If you need water, please go to the area next to the water dispenser.• To protect the quality of the visit and intellectual property rights, non-commercial photography is permitted, except where photography of works is marked as prohibited. However, the use of professional photography and video equipment such as flashlights, tripods, or other artificial light sources is prohibited, and video recording is not permitted.• Travel bags, suitcases, and backpacks (personal items larger than A3 size) should be checked in; large luggage can be stored at the information desk, and free coin-operated lockers are available in the basement. Deposited items can only be retrieved on the same day. The library is not responsible for the storage of items and has the right to dispose of them.• Selling, distributing advertisements, promotional materials or other commercial activities are prohibited at the exhibition venue.
Special Exhibition: "Von Wolf's Garden Fortress"• Eating/drinking is not allowed in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring water bottles/drinks, food or umbrellas into the exhibition hall. It is recommended that you complete the check-in before entering.• It is forbidden to touch any exhibits or frames in the exhibition hall.• The museum is open to general visitors and photography for personal, non-commercial use only. However, video recording and live streaming are not allowed. Please do not use flash, tripods, selfie sticks, 360-degree panoramic cameras or other auxiliary equipment when taking photos.• When taking photos, please do not cross the line or affect the viewing rights of others. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself and the exhibits. Your behavior must not violate public order, good morals, and laws and regulations.• Personal sketching: You may bring a sketchbook smaller than A3, a pencil, and a drawing pad into the exhibition hall for sketching. To maintain order and flow of visitors, please be careful not to disturb others.• A repeat entry stamp can be issued at the special exhibition entrance/exhibition entrance. This stamp and ticket stub can be used for repeated entry on the same day.• The last admission time for the special exhibition is 17:00.• Instructions for using merchandise vouchers:

This special exhibition merchandise voucher is only valid for use on special exhibition publications and related merchandise at [Gaomei Bookstore] and [von Wolf's Garden Fortress Special Exhibition Store]. It is valid only during the exhibition period and may not be retailed or resold. The applicable merchandise is subject to the store's on-site instructions.
2. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or change. Please use it once and it cannot be used repeatedly.
3. No duplicate invoice will be issued for merchandise redeemed with this voucher or for the amount used to offset purchases.
4. This voucher is bearer and can be used by anyone holding it. Please keep it safe. If it is misused by others, it will not be reissued.
