The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration • Ticket is valid for (Age is calculated according to date of birth shown in the identification card for Thai people or shown in the passport for foreigners): - Adult: Applicable for guests aged 11 years old and above (aged 11 - 17 must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 above as adult ticket holder) - Child: Applicable for guests aged 3 years old to below 11 years old. Children must always be accompanied by an adult guest aged 18 and above ticket holder - The accompanying adult/ guardian acknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions• The operating hours of The Experience is subject to change without prior notice• Lost Tickets or damage ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded• Tickets shall not be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by AARC• By entering The Experience, guests do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred, including from interactions with attractions, animals, or other guests. Guests agree to indemnify and hold AARC (and its affiliates, directors, staff, and representatives) harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their visit. Entry confirms that guests have read, understood, and accepted these terms• Guests consent to the filming or recording and use of guests’ image, photograph, video and/or other recording by AARC or its appointed vendor for marketing and promotional purposes• AARC reserves the right to dismiss guests with unruly or disruptive behavior, from The Experience• Strictly no outside food or beverages are permitted at the Experience (except water for baby)• Prohibited Items: For the safety of all guests and the exhibit, the following items are strictly prohibited: - Objects that may pose a risk, including long sticks, knives, selfie sticks, and tripods - Smoking or vaping - Pets - Food or beverages (except water for young children) - Weapons, items resembling weapons, and anything that could be used as a weapon are strictly forbidden - Drones - Mobility Equipment: Motorized or wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, bicycles, and Segways (unless used as an ADA mobility device) are not permitted - Accessories: Items like sunglasses are not allowed to be used inside the Experience due to safety concerns• Health Warning: The Experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud noises, and realistic moving robotic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for guests with health conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when attending• Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants are not permitted to enter The Experience• Dinosaur Interaction: For safety reasons, please refrain from touching any dinosaurs unless explicitly instructed by staff. The animatronic dinosaurs are mechanical and may pose a hazard. There will be designated opportunities to interact with smaller dinosaurs under staff supervision
