More information is available under "How To Redeem."• Tickets are for JUMP TIME on a per-entry basis for the length specified on the session time you choose. All guests must leave the premises as the center at the end of the session, since we will need to clean and sanitize after each session. Latecomers will get reduced playing time and will not be allowed to stay.• Jumprrocks does not allow groups of more than 5 persons to enter because to health and safety rules (adults and kids). Each adult and child must have their own ticket. Please note that tickets purchased online are only valid for the day and location you specify. No refund will be given. • From the age of six months, babies who attend the facility are charged. Please note that they will require a separate e-ticket at the door. • Jumprrocks limited the number of visitors to centers to 50% of their normal capacity. As a result, you should strongly consider purchasing your tickets and Jump slots in advance online. • Staff members of Jumprrocks have been briefed and will implement safe distance procedures. Food and beverage sales may be suspended depending on the restrictions in effect on the day of your visit. Please bring your own refreshments at these times. You must wear masks at all times unless you are taking a break to drink. • All children and adults are required to wear anti-slip socks and masks at all times while on the premises of Jumprrocks. Anti-slip socks and masks may be purchased at the front counter if you forget to bring them. • You agree to be responsible for your personal safety and the safety of your children (charge), and to take all reasonable precautions in monitoring and playing with them. • You realize that dynamic activities done at our facilities and events have the risk of injuries and mishaps, and you agree not to hold the brand, operator, or management accountable for any injuries or mishaps resulting from your participation in those activities. In order to participate in the activities, you will be totally responsible for assessing your own fitness. • After each play session, the area will be cleaned and sanitized.
