How to enjoy your child to active? Simply exercise with your child: Parents should set aside a fixed time each day to exercise with their children. Depending on the age, exercise strongly affects the body and mind of the baby such as:• From 4 to 8 years old: This is the first stage when children begin to have growth in height, their physical condition has begun to get used to sports activities to stimulate growth.• From 8 to 12 years old: This is the period when children have a marked growth in height. If a good combination of nutrition and exercise stimulates height, children can grow 10-15cm at this stage.• From 12 to 18 years old: Children at this stage in addition to nutrition, the most important thing is to play sports to improve their physique. If grasped at this stage, children can still grow from 7-10cm.
