The JR EAST PASS (Nagano, Niigata area) is valid on various train routes including JR East Lines, Izu Kyuko Lines, Hokuetsu Express, Echigo Tokimeki Railway, the Nikko and SPACIA Nikko lines, as well as local and rapid trains between Shino-imaichi and Tobu-Nikko/Kinugawa-Onsen. It also covers limited express trains from Kurihashi to Shimo-imachi stations with direct connections to Tobu Railway.
- This pass is exclusively for non-Japanese passport holders, issued one per individual.
- Each visitor can only possess one JR EAST PASS (Nagano, Niigata area) at any given time. Purchasing a new pass isn't possible if an existing one is active.
Traveling outside the designated valid areas may incur additional charges.
