Getting started

Enter via Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport. Show your mobile ticket at the entrance. Security checks are minimal, but expect to go through bag scans.

Canopy Park: Located under a giant glass dome, this lush indoor park combines nature, art, and fun in one elevated space.

• Foggy Bowls: Kids can run, roll, and laugh through pockets of mist that create a dreamy, cloud-like play zone.

• Discovery Slides: An artistic playground with colourful, curvy slides that double as viewing platforms.

• Petal Garden: Stroll through seasonal floral displays that brighten the space with colour and fragrance.

• Topiary Walk: Snap photos with whimsical animal-shaped topiaries set among beautifully landscaped paths.

Extras

Choose the Mirror Maze for optical illusions and reflective tricks, or the Hedge Maze for motion-sensor blooms and secret gates. Or, opt for Canopy Bridge access for sweeping views of Jewel’s Forest Valley and the Rain Vortex waterfall.

What's not allowed

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.

• Luggage and wheeled bags are not allowed inside for safety reasons. Please leave them at the baggage storage.

• The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport is restricted and require a permit from CAAS.

Accessibility

• This experience is suitable for wheelchair users.

• The minimum height requirement for Discovery Slides is 110cm.

• The last admission is 30 minutes before closing for all attractions, except for the Changi Experience Studio, which has a last admission 60 minutes before closing. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit.

• It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, closed shoes for this experience.

• Wearing skirts or dresses onto the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge is not allowed. Pants and covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

• Note: The Rain Vortex at Jewel Changi Airport is open daily from 10am to 10pm.
