Getting Started: How to Access

You’ll begin your adventure on Level 4 at Jewel Changi Airport. Simply present your mobile voucher and valid ID at the attraction entrance. The security process is straightforward, so plan ahead to avoid delays if you're running short on time.

Jewel Changi stands out as a unique blend of nature-inspired entertainment and modern innovation. It’s home to several must-see attractions that cater to different interests and energy levels.

The Mirror Maze is one such feature — an optical illusion-filled path designed to confuse your sense of direction. Nearby, the Hedge Maze offers Singapore's largest hedge-based challenge with a lookout tower for panoramic views. For those seeking adrenaline, the Walking Net provides a thrilling walk above ground on transparent netting. Complimentary access also includes Canopy Park, where you can explore play zones and garden trails.

What's not allowed

You can't bring outside food or drinks with you during this experience. Make sure to pack your essentials ahead of time.

Dresses and skirts aren’t permitted on the nets. Opt for trousers and covered footwear instead.

Accessibility

This activity is accessible to wheelchair users and those with prams or strollers, except for the Bouncing Net and Walking Net sections.

Additional information

Children must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.

The attraction operates from Monday to Friday between 11am and 8pm, and on weekends from 10am until 8pm. The last entry is at 7pm.

Transit Passenger (Airside only)

Please be aware that access to Canopy Park isn't possible unless you've cleared immigration and entered Singapore officially.

Your layover needs to be a minimum of five hours for this experience.

Note that Canopy Park is not located within the airside transit area.

Local or Tourist Already in Singapore

To reach Canopy Park, enter Jewel Changi Airport through its public entrance from any terminal.

Use either the escalator or lift to get up to Level 5 of the complex.

Present your pre-booked passes at entry or purchase tickets on-site. There's no need for a terminal change.

Flying into Singapore (T1, T2, T3, T4)

If arriving at Terminal 1, Jewel is directly connected to it. After landing, walk from the arrivals area into Level 1 of Jewel and go up to Level 5.

For passengers coming in through Terminals 2 or 3, there's a short pathway (about 5–10 minutes) linking these terminals with Jewel—no immigration check is needed here.

If you're landing at Terminal 4, it’s not directly linked to Jewel. Take the free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 (every 10–15 minutes), then walk into Jewel and go up to Level 5.

Tips for Visitors

• Arrive early at Jewel Changi Airport and head straight to L4 for entry so you can skip long queues and get started right away.
• Show your mobile voucher and valid ID at the attraction counter to save time and avoid delays when entering the experience.
• If visiting with kids or using a stroller, plan ahead as some attractions like the Bouncing Net are not accessible for wheelchairs or prams.
• Wear pants and covered shoes instead of skirts or dresses to ensure you can safely enjoy all parts of the attraction, especially the nets.
