Know Before You Go

Important Information

• The device can be delivered only to hotels and hostels. Delivery to home or house accommodations is not possible. The hotel reservation must be confirmed before the device is delivered.

• The following information is required for the delivery of the device: Hotel Tel number, name of person making a reservation, check-in date, and hotel reservation number. The supplier will contact you via email if there is any problem.

• Reservations made after 12pm (Japan Time) on the previous day may not guarantee timely delivery of the device. For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, please make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.

• Airport pick-up reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. The number of Wi-Fi routers is determined by the number of participants in the reservation. Please select 1 if you need only 1 device.

• A daily fee of JPY700 will apply for late returns of the device. In case of losing the device, a flat fee of JPY25,000 will be charged.
