Only service dogs that are clearly identifiable may accompany you on the boat.

- Xtracold Icebar hours: Sunday-Thursday from 3:45pm to 10:40pm; Friday-Saturday from 11:45am to 1am.
- The temperature inside the Icebar is maintained at –10°C.
- Admittance can be denied if guests appear intoxicated, are underage, or cannot verify their age.
- Please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your scheduled timeslot for check-in purposes.
- Your stay inside the Icebar is limited to 20 minutes.
- Final entry will be permitted up until 45 minutes prior to closing time.
- Tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled if done so at least 8 hours in advance.
- The Xtracold Icebar prohibits children under the age of 18 from entering.
- Waterlooplein (tram 14 & metro lines 51, 53, 54) is the nearest public transport stop.
- If you select the cruise upgrade, arrive at LOVERS Canal Cruises no less than 15 minutes before departure time.
The quay for LOVERS Canal Cruises can be reached by a short walk of about 3 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station.
