Additional information

• Please bring the following items: valid state identification, money/credit card if you plan on making optional purchases, comfortable clothing without a collar, lace-up shoes (hire available for an additional fee), and hair ties or a brush to manage long hair.
• Children aged 3 years and older are eligible to fly. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• To participate, you should weigh less than 105kg if your height is below 180cm or less than 115kg if taller than 180cm.
• If you exceed these weight limits but are under 135kg, flying may still be possible with an experienced instructor. Arrange this at least seven days before the flight date for a $30 fee. Note that Fly High packages and add-ons aren't available to those over standard weights; however, all other terms remain in effect.
• Participation is not advised if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

You will need to sign a Statement of Risk waiver form before beginning your flight session.

• iFly has the right to cancel flights suddenly due to mechanical issues, unscheduled repairs, maintenance needs, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• If cancellation occurs, you'll be rescheduled for the next available slot without any refund options.

Responsibility does not lie with iFly for missed reservations caused by transportation delays, weather conditions, or other external factors. They are also not liable for expenses related to scheduled bookings that cannot take place due to these reasons.
