Those with a weak heart -Those receiving medical treatment from a doctor or who are not feeling well -People with a disease or condition that may be aggravated by vibration stimulation・People who are injured・Pregnant women -People wearing shoes with excessively high heels (high heels, stiletto heels, platform shoes, etc.) - Anyone who is in a state of intoxication or drunkenness, or anyone who is even slightly tipsy and whom staff determines would be unable to have a safe viewing experience -Other people who the staff determines will have difficulty experiencing the activity safely ■About the immersive experience・Due to the intense vibrations of the floor, those who have difficulty standing or walking stably on both feet should try out the non-vibrating area. (For safety reasons, those who require prosthetic limbs, walking aids, wheelchairs, etc. should refrain from trying out the vibrating area.)・Children aged 6 and under (*1) may participate only if they are holding hands with a guardian (*2) and observe the following rules. (*1) There is no minimum age, but the person must be able to walk independently and stably on both feet even when the floor vibrates violently. (*2) 18 years of age or older. Please note that we may ask you to provide identification to verify your identity.・Parents must hold their child's hands throughout the experience and supervise them to prevent them from lying down or sitting on the floor, even if the floor vibrates violently.・Only one child per guardian may participate in the experience at a time. (If one guardian brings two or more children under the age of 6, they will not be allowed to participate in the experience.) - Participants must not allow any part of their body other than the soles of their feet to come into contact with the floor throughout the experience.・Depending on the content you watch, you may experience visually induced motion sickness symptoms such as dizziness or nausea. (The symptoms of visually induced motion sickness may become more severe some time later than during or immediately after viewing.)・Please refrain from eating or drinking (including gum and candy) during the experience. If you start to feel unwell, please immediately inform a nearby staff member.・Parents, please pay close attention to your children. How to use [Notes when purchasing tickets] Children of elementary school age or younger are not allowed to enter alone. Please make sure that they are accompanied by a guardian. As the venue is a dark space, for safety reasons we limit the number of elementary school-aged children per parent to three. For children 6 years old and under, we limit it to one per parent/guardian. For example, if you are bringing five children under elementary school age, two guardians are required. If you are bringing seven children under elementary school age, three guardians are required. [Things to note when visiting] If you arrive outside the time period you purchased your ticket, you may not be able to enter. Once you enter, there is no time limit for exiting. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the venue, and no refunds will be given after entry. Opening days and hours may change due to various circumstances. If you purchase a ticket with a specified time, you can enter the venue from 11:00-18:00 on the same day, even if it is outside the specified time.
