Begin your adventure at the ticket office on the 16th floor before boarding an ultra-modern lift that takes you up to the top deck on the 60th floor. As soon as the elevator doors open, a stunning view of Osaka's skyline unfolds through an all-glass gallery from floor to ceiling.
From this vantage point, enjoy stunning views over downtown Osaka and its unchanged historical landmarks such as Osaka Castle, Shitennoji Temple, and ancient town districts. To the east and south lie celebrated Mount Yoshino and Mount Ikoma, both renowned in Japan’s Nara and Heian period poetry.
After reaching new heights at Abeno Harukas Observatory Deck, descend to the 58th floor where a spacious wooden deck offers an open sky view. This tranquil area resembles a serene garden perfect for relaxing or taking a break. A cafe is also available on this level, serving delightful food and beverages.

Harukas 300 Observatory
- This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders.
- No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.
- Free for children aged 0-3
- Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- The validity of a ticket is 60 days after purchase.
Children and youths aged 4-17 can purchase discounted tickets. It can be purchased on-site at the ticket office.
Heliport Tour
- You must purchase an Observatory Ticket to join this tour.
- Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this tour
Tours are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so it is recommended to come 15 mins earlier to register yourself at the Information Counter on the 60th floor.

Daily: 9am - 10pm (the last entry is at 9:30pm).
