What’s not allowed
Larger bags such as suitcases and oversized luggage are prohibited for security reasons. Pets cannot be brought in unless they're registered service animals. The use of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants is strictly forbidden on the premises. Additionally, flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not permitted within exhibition spaces.

Additional information
Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Admission tickets are not necessary for children under four, but they need to stay with an adult holding a ticket. The experience is best suited for guests aged 12 or older, lasting around 60 minutes. When booking, select your date and time directly from the available options on the ticket selector. Once payment for a Singtel sim card order is made, it's final with no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations allowed. The SIM card must be redeemed within two months from purchase and registered promptly; activation should occur within seven days after collection, otherwise, the SIM becomes invalid. Since April 1, 2014, each customer can register up to three Prepaid SIM cards only. To collect a SIM card at the designated point, the individual registering it needs to be at least 15 years old.
