Terms and Conditions for Harry Potter: Visions of Magic• Ticket1.1 Access is valid based on your ticket type:1.1.1 Off Peak- Off Peak ticket holder are permitted to gain admission only during designated Off Peakdays. Please refer to our official schedule for specification as defined by NEON Group of companies(the "Experience Promoter").1.1.2 Peak – Peak ticket holder grants flexibility to gain admission during designated Peak and Off Peakdays. Please refer to our official schedule for specification as defined by NEON Group of companies(the "Experience Promoter").1.1.3 Super Peak- Super Peak ticket holder grants flexibility to gain admission all days.1.2 You are required to book a timeslot in advance so that you can enter the Experience venue at yourpreferred timing. Otherwise, you might be asked to return for a later timing if the Experience is operating atmaximum capacity.1.3 Ticket is valid for (Age is calculated according to date of birth)1.3. 1 Adult aged 13 and above.1.3.2 Child aged 4-12.1.3.2.1 Children must always be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult/ guardianacknowledges and agrees to these ticket and admission terms and conditions.1.4 Harry Potter: Visions of Magic Experience operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.Guests may visit here for updates prior to visit.1.5 Ticket allows for ONE single entry where the Experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not beallowed to re-enter the Experience.1.5 Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded.• SGD10 Credit Voucher1.6 Credit voucher is valid for (1) one-time use only and can be redeemed for a single transaction. Stacking ofcredit vouchers is not permitted. Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited.1.7 Ticket allows for redemption of ONE cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last), or SGD10 off retail, photoconcession or F&B purchase.1.8 Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.1.9 Once redeemed, the item is strictly not for sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.1.10 The purchased item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.1.11 Voucher shall be void if it is tampered in any way. Lost or damaged voucher(s) will not be replaced orrefunded.• General1.11 Ticket is not to be used for giveaway or promotional purposes, unless approved in writing by theExperience Promoter.1.12 Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times.
