Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Boarding passes are distributed five minutes prior to departure.

Pets cannot be brought on board the cruise.

Folding wheelchairs and strollers are permitted, but non-folding ones must remain in designated storage at the dock before boarding due to ship changes.

- Cruise schedules may alter or be canceled because of weather; updates will be sent via email if necessary.
- The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show is only active from April through October and can cancel unexpectedly due to weather or city conditions.
- During weekends and the April Spring Flower Festival, expect heavy traffic on roads and parking lots; using public transport is advised.
- If you cannot board because of traffic issues, changing or cancelling your reservation isn't possible.
- Sunset Cruise departs at 6pm (Feb–Oct) and 5pm (Nov–Jan); for May to September sunset viewing, reserve the 7pm Moonlight Music Cruise.
Yeouido Parking Lot 1 offers free parking but may have limitations during peak times.
