Your passport and booking confirmation are required for ID verification and ticket redemption at the E-land Ticket Office. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, as boarding passes will be issued just 5 minutes prior.

Accessibility
The ship's current configuration does not allow wheelchairs and strollers onboard, but they can be stored at a designated dock area. Folding models may be brought aboard when folded.

- The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show runs from April through October and may cancel without notice if the weather is unfavorable or city conditions prevent it.
- Weekends and the April Spring Flower Festival see heavy traffic congestion. It's advisable to use public transport during these times.
- If parking or traffic prevents you from boarding, changes or cancellations of your reservation are not possible.
- Sunset Cruises depart at 6pm (Feb–Oct) and 5pm (Nov–Jan). For sunset viewing between May to September, consider the 7pm Moonlight Music Cruise option.
Free parking is available in Yeouido Parking Lot 1; however, availability may be limited during peak periods.
