• Please note that pets are permitted outside the museum but must be carried in a carry-on bag when entering the Hakone Dollhouse Museum Large dogs, that cannot fit in a bag must be kept on a leash outdoors while their owners are viewing the exhibitions. The museum does not bear responsibility for pets left outside• Please refrain from bringing in food and beverages• Please note that the mini locomotive will not operate and the minicar rental will be suspended in case of bad or unstable weather• For your safety items such as tricycles, kickboards, and tents, are prohibited on the premises• If you wish to re-enter, please ask the staff.
