What’s not allowed

Larger bags such as suitcases or oversized luggage cannot be stored in the cloakroom and are therefore prohibited inside. Baby strollers are also not permitted within the venue, though prams can be left at a complimentary cloakroom facility. During the tour, video recording is strictly forbidden. Bringing additional food and drinks that aren't part of the Tour and Dine menu isn't allowed either. Lastly, pets are generally not admitted unless they're registered service animals.
