Arrive at the designated meeting point in Savannah and check in with your licensed Ghost Host. Once the group gathers, you’ll set off into the night, leaving the lively streets behind as you head toward some of the city’s most chilling historic sites.

Your first stop is the Andrew Low House, a striking Grecian and Italian villa-style mansion that hides a far more unsettling past than its elegant façade suggests. Perkins & Sons Ship Chandlery

Next, explore Perkins & Sons Ship Chandlery, widely considered the epicenter of Savannah’s paranormal activity. This historic building on River Street once supported the city’s booming port trade, but today it’s known more for its ghostly legends than its maritime history. As you move through the dimly lit interiors, your guide will share spine-chilling tales tied to the building and the surrounding waterfront.

What’s not allowed

• Children under 6 years old aren’t allowed on this tour.

• Since the experience is rated PG-13 and includes some chilling stories, it’s also not recommended for kids under 13.
