The Takachiho Sandanbashi Bridge is located upstream of the Takachiho Gorge and consists of 3 arched bridges: Shinbashi Bridge from the Taisho era, Takachiho Bridge from the Showa era, and Shinto Takachiho Bridge from the Heisei era. Only in Takachiho Gorge can one witness the view of three arched bridges spanning a single gorge in Japan. The oldest, Shinbashi Bridge, is made of stone; Takachiho Bridge steel; and Shinto Takachiho Bridge concrete. Shinbashi in particular blends in seamlessly with the natural landscape, creating a truly unique and charming scene

According to mythology, a god named Ninigi-no-Mikoto moved water to Amanomanai to give locals a water resource, creating the gushing waterfalls with the spring from the well
Towering high on the opposite bank of the walking trail is "仙人の屏風岩" (Sennin Byobuiwa). Its rock formation resembles a screen, hence its name. The beauty of its shape, formed over tens of thousands of years, combined with its height of 70 meters, is truly awe-inspiring
Kamishikimi Kumanoimasu Shrine is located in Aso. Climb the path lined with nearly 100 lanterns and enter a fantastical world
