★ Important Information for Pearl River Night Cruise Real-name boarding requirement All passengers must present valid identification documents to collect their tickets and board the ship. Passengers who are unable to collect their tickets or board the ship due to not carrying valid identification documents shall bear the relevant responsibilities themselves. Valid identification documents include: Resident ID card, Temporary ID card, Officer's certificate, Soldier's certificate, Armed Police Officer's certificate, People's Police Certificate, Passport, Household Registration Booklet, Guangdong Province Residence Permit, Foreigner's Residence Permit, Diplomatic Certificate, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. Pick up your tickets at the pier in advance Please bring all necessary documents and arrive at the pier 30 minutes in advance to collect your tickets. During summer vacation, weekends, and holidays, when passenger flow is high, it is recommended to arrive 45 minutes in advance to avoid missing the departure time due to delays in collecting tickets. Special Notes on Ship Tickets Once a ferry ticket reservation is successful, it is considered consumed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If a passenger is late or does not arrive, the ticket will be automatically invalidated and will not be refunded or exchanged. Special reminder about weather factors In case of rain, typhoons, high tides, or other weather conditions, the cruise ship will sail as scheduled unless notified of a suspension of service by the maritime authorities. Lighting and Landscape Related Instructions The lighting along the Pearl River is a municipal engineering project, and the cruise company is not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the lighting. Therefore, refund requests due to lighting issues will not be accepted. Note: Under normal circumstances, the lights on the Canton Tower are turned off at 11 PM, and the lights on both sides of the river are turned off at approximately 10:30 PM.
