• Your confirmation of the booking—either printed or digital—is needed for check-in.
• Sun protection items like a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are advisable due to time on the sundeck.

Consider wearing a jacket or light sweater as it can get great in the air-conditioned lower deck.

What’s not allowed

• No outside food or beverages are permitted onboard.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the vessel.
• Pets aren't allowed except for registered service animals.

Large bags, suitcases, and bulky luggage cannot be brought aboard.

• The starting point is Ferry Wharf, Appel Park in Surfers Paradise (located at 10 Ferny Ave/Cavill Ave Light Rail).
