Activating Your Pass
- To maximize your pass benefits, download and use the Go City app by following instructions provided in your confirmation email for syncing purposes.
- Note that while most attractions don't require pre-booking, some do. The Go City app will indicate which ones need reservations with a "reservations required" label—just tap on the attraction to learn how to book it.
Pass Validity Details
- Activated Pass: Activation occurs when you visit your first attraction, and validity extends over full calendar days based on purchase, not 24-hour periods. Access for each day expires at midnight, regardless of the time it was first used.
- Non-activated Pass: If not activated, the pass remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Museum Pass Specifics
- The Paris Museum Pass must be utilized in conjunction with your Go City Paris Pass® Plus across consecutive days (not 24-hour periods).
- To access your museum pass, log into the reservation portal on Go City using your name, email address, and pass number from your confirmation email. The PDF version of the pass will then be available for download to your phone.
Further Validity Information
- Activated Museum Pass: This activates either on the date you selected or when you first use your Go City Paris Pass® Plus. When downloading, select a start date within your pass validity period; this choice is final and cannot be altered.
